The secret to our delicious desserts lies in the vanilla pods cultivated by Taiwan's Vanilla Knight, from the farm to the table. We adhere to environmentally friendly farming practices, starting with manual pollination at the crack of dawn, followed by an intensive seven-month process of blanching, fermenting, drying, and curing. The creation of each vanilla pod requires countless manual operations and patient waiting. We believe in the power of genuine, high-quality ingredients, which is why Chef has chosen to cultivate our own vanilla pods. This not only allows us full control over the quality but also imbues our desserts with a unique Taiwanese flavor!
